1. Public Competition participation
The available public Competitions for the 2026/27 cycle are the Premier League and Champions League. A player enters each Competition separately by selecting Join Competition. A Pending Competition is visible and joinable, but Match Predictions and Season Picks remain closed. A Live Competition accepts Predictions subject to its normal deadlines. Joining adds its Fixtures, Season Picks, and World Leaderboard to the player’s account. Leaving removes those membership views but preserves previously stored Predictions and points for a later rejoin. Leaving is blocked while that Competition supports one of the player’s active Private Leagues.
2. Match Prediction scoring
The default Match system produces only 0, 3, 4, or 6 points:
- Correct result—home win, draw, or away win: 3 points.
- Exact home-team goal total, when the result is correct: 1 additional point.
- Exact away-team goal total, when the result is correct: 1 additional point.
- Exact score, after both team totals and the result are correct: 1 additional bonus point.
A correct result with one exact team total earns 4 points. An exact score earns the 6-point maximum. A wrong result earns 0 points even when one team total happens to be correct. Competition-specific values displayed in Bybleo’s Competition Rules window are the values applied to that Competition and its adopting Private Leagues.
3. Official score basis
Only the official score after 90 minutes plus regulation stoppage time is used. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. The relevant Competition’s official website is the primary result source.
4. Confirmation and exceptional Matches
An official Final result is held for at least 15 minutes before points are published. Postponed, abandoned, incomplete, cancelled, or disputed Matches remain unscored. Points are added only after an official Final score or decision, even when that decision arrives weeks or months later, provided the outcome belongs to the applicable season cycle.
5. Fixture deadlines and Prediction changes
Every Fixture has its own submission deadline set by an administrator and displayed with its exact date, time, and time zone. Before that Fixture’s deadline, its Match Prediction may be saved, edited, or deleted independently. At or after the deadline, only that Fixture is locked. A Fixture also locks whenever its status is no longer Scheduled. A player’s saved Prediction remains visible after locking. The displayed Fixture deadline and the server’s recorded time are authoritative.
6. Domestic League Season Picks
Premier League Season Picks contain the final position of every participating team, top goalscorer, top assister, and goalkeeper with the most clean sheets. Player of the Season and Young Player of the Season are not included. The default table bands are positions 1–6, 7–17, and 18–20. An exact final position earns 5 points; an incorrect position in the correct band earns 2 points; anything else earns 0. Each correct player-category answer earns 15 points. The shared deadline defaults to midnight UK time immediately after 5 September and is displayed in Bybleo.
7. Champions League Season Picks
Players rank all 36 League Phase teams, choose both finalists and the winner, and select the top goalscorer, top assister, and goalkeeper with the most clean sheets. The default table bands are positions 1–8, 9–24, and 25–36. An exact position earns 5 points; an incorrect position in the correct band earns 2 points; anything else earns 0. Each correct player-category answer earns 15 points. Each correct finalist earns 5 points and the correct winner earns 5 additional points. The winner must be one of the selected finalists. The shared deadline is one hour before the first official Competition kickoff.
8. Season Pick submission and publication
All Season Picks for one Competition share its displayed deadline. While the Competition is Live and before the deadline passes, a player may save, edit, relock, or delete an individual category, and updates are timestamped. Player lists for scorer, assister, and goalkeeper categories come from the current administrator-managed options. Another player cannot view the selections before the deadline. After the deadline, eligible selections and timestamps can be viewed only by opening that player’s Profile; they are not disclosed through the Competition or Season Picks pages. Multiple official tied winners may be accepted, but each player may submit only one answer per player category.
9. Fixture Results and awarded points
After an administrator verifies and publishes a Final result, the Fixture Results page displays the official score. A signed-in player also sees their own Prediction for that Match and the points awarded to it. A player who did not submit a Prediction sees no Prediction and zero points.
9. Rankings and tie resolution
Classifications remain hidden in the World Leaderboard, linked Private Leagues, My Rankings, and current Profile Rankings until the first official Final Match result is verified and published for that Competition. After Rankings begin, competition ranking applies: players tied after all deciding statistics share the same Rank and the next Rank skips the occupied positions. Equal Total Points are ordered by Correct Scores, then Correct Results, then Correct Team Goals. Leaderboard pages display 20 ranked players at a time and provide Find My Rank for the signed-in player.
10. Private Leagues
Private Leagues are visible only to their current members and adopt one public Competition. The same Match and Season Pick points contribute simultaneously to that Competition’s World Leaderboard and every adopting Private League the player has joined. Private Leagues cannot define separate bonus categories, change scoring, or merge Competitions in the current release. A creator may rename the League, remove noncreator members, or delete it from the dedicated Edit League page; the creator cannot leave or remove themselves.
11. Season cycles
The default annual cycle begins at midnight UK time on 1 August and ends at midnight UK time on 1 July of the following year. When a cycle freezes or reaches its end, Predictions can no longer change and final Competition Rankings are preserved as history. Dates and Competition cycle allocation may be adjusted before the relevant boundary through authorized operational controls.
12. Corrections and questions
Bybleo may correct official source data, scoring errors, duplicate entries, Season Pick outcomes, and Rankings. A corrected Match result must complete the confirmation process again before replacement points are published.
