1. Who controls your information
Bybleo operates this service and is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy requests can be sent to admin@bybleo.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication identifier, unique Display Name, Full Name, and account role.
- Game data: Match Predictions, Season Picks, timestamps, points, Rankings, Competition participation, Private League membership, and creator-managed League settings.
- Technical data: security logs, request identifiers, aggregated advertising impressions, and limited network information used for abuse prevention.
- Administrator records: official-result changes, Competition and Season Pick settings, advertising schedules, moderation actions, and audit history.
3. Why we use it
We use account and game data to provide the service and perform our agreement with you, including sending operational Prediction deadline reminders for Public Competitions you have joined to the email address registered with your account. We use security, audit, and reliability data for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, resolving disputes, protecting players, and operating Bybleo. We use information to meet legal obligations where required.
4. Public and private visibility
Your Display Name, Full Name, public-Competition points, personal statistics, completed Predictions, and Ranking history can appear to signed-in Bybleo players. Another player can view eligible Match Predictions only through the Prediction Results page reached from your Profile, and eligible Season Picks only on your Profile. Match Predictions are not disclosed until the relevant Fixture has an administrator-verified Final result, and Season Picks remain private until their Competition deadline. Other players’ Picks are not disclosed through Competition or Season Picks pages. Private League information is available only to current members of that League. Your email address is shown only to you on your own Profile and is never returned to another player; passwords are never displayed or stored in the Bybleo application database.
5. Service providers
Bybleo uses Supabase for authentication, Resend for operational email delivery, and OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure for application hosting and data storage. These providers process information on our behalf under their applicable data-protection commitments. Sponsor websites are independent services with their own privacy notices.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information in more than one country. Where required, appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used for international transfers.
7. Retention
Active account and competition records are retained while needed to run Bybleo and preserve season history. Deleted profiles and predictions are removed from active service data. Limited deletion, security, audit, and backup records may be retained where necessary to prevent reactivation errors, protect the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Backup copies are access-restricted and expire under operational retention procedures.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your Bybleo account from your Profile after entering the required confirmation. This removes active Profile, Prediction, membership, and authentication data and releases the Display Name for future use. Limited deletion, audit, security, and backup records may remain as described above. Contact us if the in-app deletion process does not complete.
10. Security
We use email verification, access controls, administrator authorization, encrypted transport, abuse limits, audit records, security headers, and restricted backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and report suspicious activity immediately.
11. Children
Bybleo is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may independently consent to an online service where they live. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without valid permission.
12. Updates
We will update this notice when our practices materially change and will display a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through Bybleo when appropriate.
