1. Using Bybleo
Bybleo is a sports-prediction service for entertainment and friendly competition. It is not a betting service and does not accept or pay wagers. You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live.
2. Your account
You may hold one personal account. You must provide an email address you control, verify it, choose a unique Display Name, and protect your password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
3. Competitions, Predictions, and deadlines
You join each public Competition separately. A Competition marked Pending can be joined but does not accept Match Predictions or Season Picks. A Competition marked Live accepts Predictions subject to its displayed deadlines. Each Match Prediction locks at the individual deadline displayed for its Fixture. Saved Predictions remain visible after they lock. Season Picks lock at the shared deadline displayed for the relevant Competition. Network delay, device failure, or an unfinished form does not extend a deadline. A submission is accepted only after Bybleo confirms it was saved.
4. Scores and rankings
Points are calculated under the published Competition Rules. Bybleo may correct results, points, rankings, duplicate records, or technical mistakes. Postponed, incomplete, abandoned, or disputed matches remain unscored until an official decision is available.
5. Private Leagues
Private Leagues are visible only to current members who join through their invite link or code. They adopt the Match scoring and Season Picks of one public Competition and cannot create separate bonuses, scoring rules, or merged Competitions in the current release. Creators can rename or delete their League and remove noncreator members. League names and conduct must remain lawful and respectful.
6. Acceptable use
You must not manipulate rankings, automate submissions, probe other accounts, overload the service, distribute malicious code, scrape private information, impersonate another person, or use Bybleo in a way that violates the Fair Play Rules or applicable law.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Bybleo available and accurate, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, data-provider changes, or events outside our control. Features and competitions may change between seasons. We will take reasonable steps to preserve valid submissions.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts that create security risks, abuse other players, manipulate competitions, or materially breach these terms. You may permanently delete your account from your profile, subject to limited records we must retain for security, legal, or dispute purposes.
9. Liability
Bybleo is provided for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, decisions made from sports information, third-party websites, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Prizes, changes, and contact
Any Competition prize is governed by the Competition-specific Prizes information displayed in Bybleo. “To be announced” does not promise a prize. We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will communicate material changes when appropriate. Questions can be sent to admin@bybleo.com.
